Before You Book

Please review all policies before creating a profile or requesting an appointment. Submitting a booking request confirms that you have read and agree to the policies below.


  • Your phone number and email are saved once entered.

    • If you exit and restart the form, you must use the same contact information to avoid duplicate profiles.

    • If your preferred date or time is unavailable, service length or duplicate add-ons may be blocking availability. Please review service descriptions or call us for assistance.

    • All dogs and cats must have current vaccination records uploaded to complete booking.

    • Dogs: Rabies and DA2PP

    • Cats: Rabies and FVRCP

    • Puppies:

      • Must be at least 4 months old

      • All core vaccines are required

    • Vaccination records are required for all services (when booking online), including self-service baths.

    • The following breeds are accepted for self-service only:

      • Husky, Akita, Chow Chow, Samoyed, Malamute

    • We do not offer cat bathing services.

      • The only cat service available is nail trimming.

    • A credit or debit card on file is required to book or hold any appointment.

    • A 60% non-refundable deposit is charged at booking.

    • The remaining balance is due at checkout.

    • Clients may pay in full at booking to avoid an additional processing fee.

    • Self-service baths can be scheduled by phone since our system does not allow double-booking.

    • Same-day availability may be available when calling directly (card required).

    • You will receive two text messages, one email, and one phone call prior to your appointment.

    • Reminders begin 48 hours before your scheduled service.

    • Effective March 1:

      • Appointments not confirmed via the second text reminder will be automatically canceled

      • A $20 cancellation fee will be charged

    • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

    • Same-day rescheduling for a later time will not incur a fee, but availability is not guaranteed.

    • All payments are non-refundable; credits may be applied at our discretion.

    • If paying cash and canceling or no-showing the same day, the card on file will be charged in full.

    • Accounts with unpaid balances will lose online booking privileges and must call to schedule.

    • If a card has insufficient funds, missed appointments and the next scheduled service must be paid in advance.
